The only difference I see here is with my character, his touch affects mares in a general way all over their bodies but is much more intense depending upon the type of pony. For example, when he first met the Mane Six, Alex grabbed Twilight's horn out of curiosity, and she immediately experienced an intense orgasm! The same happened when he later shook Applejack's hoof when sealing the agreement to let him stay at her Farm until they could find suitable quarters for him. In later chapters, when he was in bed with Rainbow, at the height of pleasure he grabbed her wings, and she damn near lost her mind from the climax. So, depending upon the mare's race, wherever their magic is concentrated, they are most sensitive to his touch.
As I have little to no knowledge about TFH or their universe, I wouldn't know which would be a cow's sensitive area, but if I had to guess I'd say it would be her udders. And I thought it both extremely erotic and unbearably CUTE that she MOOOOED when she was cumming!
Since I'm still working on my story, I may just have to include some sexy cows in later chapters!

Maybe the queen of the predators can sense what he does to the cow and goes to investigate. He defeats her, becomes the ruler of the predators and the rest of the characters try to defeat him as the new big bad guy, even though he’s not trying to hurt any of them. And kind of stumbled his way into it. And this can give you cause for the rest of the series

I'm willing to bet that's true for a lot of people.
I've been generally aware of TFH for maybe a year and a half now and I knew Lauren Faust did work on it but I never did any real research on it, but this story has inspired me to find a copy of the game.
I literally just went on Amazon and found the deluxe edition for the PS4, so that's cool.

Well that was absolutely amazing. It scratched nearly every fetish I’ve got, and had some real plot (pun, heh) to it. I think having some story really sells the smut.
