Intersex is being born with an ambiguous set of sexual organs. Chromosomal abnormalities are a whole different bag, and depending on the abnormality, may or may not result an anomaly of sexual organs, in most cases in a way that's still one sex or the other rather than intersex.
This is an interesting premise, but there are indeed some errors with the terminology, mostly with the word transgender itself.
Transgender is neither a sex, nor a gender; rather, a transgender person is someone whose gender is different from the one they were "assigned at birth" (AKA the one typically associated with person's sex, though there are exceptions with intersex people).
This means it shouldn't be in the lists of sexes and genders, as it currently is in several paragraphs like this one:
Instead, support for transgender individuals is evidenced by the fact that there is a distinction between sex and gender, and that the law allows changing one's gender.
