Pretty good story, just a few errors I saw

When the went, replace the with they or she

Twilight glanced up and saw that they had indeed arrived at the dentist. Despite her earlier trepedation, Twilight was relieved to see the building. Wait, not relieved. Not the word to be thinking about right now - but she would be relieved when the went inside and she could finally release her aching bladder.

Taught in this case should be spelled taut

Twilight groaned. And felt the vibrations from her voice shake her taught bladder, causing pain to radiate through her belly. Her nethers had long since gone numb.

Good story nonetheless though

This is such a good story!!!!! I love it <3 <3 <3 I especially love the part where Twilight is thinking to herself about how her involuntary urethral sphincter was all wide open, while her voluntary one was struggling to hold in all of her pee... and for a filly, that little muscle isn't going to be very reliable. I also really like that it was mentioned how Twilight would always put off her need to pee until the last second because she'd be so stubborn about continuing to read instead of getting up to go pee...

Wow... I really like the idea of her having to sit on the dentist chair. She's on her back so that little bump on her lower-abdomen is going to be blatantly noticeable! I can only imagine how much it would weigh down on Twilight's mind to look down on see that while the dentist is supposed to be working on her teeth. She would feel so much responsibility over her bladder and everyone would know if she peed herself.

It's kind of a shame that neither the dentist or the hygienist ever noticed Twilight's protruding bladder bulge before the operation started... I can imagine one of them teasing Twilight about it and maybe even poking it before letting her run off to go empty it. Either that, or they could've been really supportive by whispering to Twilight words of encouragement that she can hold it in until the operation ends!

It makes me feel sad to see Twilight peeing herself when she didn't want to... That's so embarrassing. It makes me wish that she could've held it... but I can see that humiliating moment being a huge motivator for her to get better and better at holding it, especially as she gets older. She's surely never going to forget it and it's going to be a memory that sticks with her for the rest of her life.

I think that you read my story which is very similar to this one! I also just read your comment on the sequel where you talk about how Omorashi and diapers are turn ons but sex or masturbation are turn offs. I'm the exact same way! Although I'm primarily interested in only omorashi. I think it would be alot of fun to rp something relating to this story with you someday!

That would be amazing!! The first thing that comes to mind would be that the dentist and the hygienist both notice Twilight's distended bladder bulge and that she really needs to pee... They might tease her a little about it at first but then they would be really helpful and encouraging about her holding it. I imagine them whispering to her that she can hold it, or telling her over and over just to 'squeeze'. They might also hold her hoof as she tries as hard as she can to squeeze and hold it <3 They would be supportive in so many different ways... and then when the operation is over, they would help lead her to the bathroom while encouraging her all the way (at least until she makes it inside and then she'd have to make it to the toilet by herself).

I think that would be really nice!
