Pretty good man. Though watch the plurals. An accident(s) happen is missing a a in the first bed wetting scene.

And a good book after a particular interesting book seems redundant.

She felt her bladder fill up to an uncomfortable level, and, rather than ask for permission, she let her urine flow into the diaper. It was a little uncomfortable to sit in a damp diaper for the remainder of the lesson, but it was better than embarrassing herself by getting denied the toilet again. Twilight found after some time that she liked the feeling of the padding wrapping around her flank, how it made her feel safe and secure. She was starting to get used to wetting her diaper, too. She didn't enjoy it, but it was better than having an accident in front of everypony. At home, when she was reading a particularly interesting book a good book she would sometimes wet her diaper on purpose, it was better than putting down the book and dribbling her way to the toilet.

But good story nonetheless

I started writing this stuff because I have quite a specific niche. Omorashi and diapers are turn ons but sex or masturbation are turn offs. I find most of the well written stuff turns sexual so I decided to try my hand at writing some of my own.

I'm afriad vore isn't one of my interests, but I'm happy to take requests that fall within my fairly narrow field.

Poor twilight
She has developed a form of incontinence
Urinary incontinence aka enuresis is an embarrassing affliction to contract
She will most likely have to wear diapers for the rest of her life
I know a thing or two about enuresis because I have a family member that has it one of my many cousins
Has bladder issues unfortunately it happen a few ways either your Born with it or you damage the muscle's
In your bladder by holding it too long but there is a third way you just have to start wearing diapers 24/7
And every time you have to pee do it in the diaper eventually your bladder muscles will degenerate
And weaken to a point to near non-existence and then you'll actually need diapers permanently without
Any control of when you wet your self because the muscle's have gotten too weak to work properly
