I’m always confused by comments like this, you continuously made the choice the click view mature and then get shocked when they see grimdarks, one of the most common forms of fanfic

Well that's something I did not expect, now I see why it's rated mature.

Well that got dark real fast.

Honestly, I was worried that this was going to be some melodramatic eyerolling emotional garbage for a bit there. After finishing though, I'm intrigued but cautious. I hope you have an explanation for why Twilight did what she did better than "she just felt like it at that moment". If not, there will be a serious plot hole.

How is this consider mature? Twilight killing Spike...a person who she really...and I mean really cares about... for no reason at all is extrmealy satidist. Especially when you have her treat the situation like it was a completly normal thing to do. Which it was'nt!!!! And it dos'nt help that you made this interaction between Twilight and spike very sweet and engaging, until Twilight went complty 180. Why did you even have the story summary foreshadow Spike being impacted by Twilight's secret if he's not going to be in the story at all?!

Alright let’s answer these questions one by one, it is mature because Spike dies, perhaps you don’t get the specific definition of mature which in this case it means the topic is simply inappropriate for a young audience not that it’s deep and mature.
Next this is literally the point, it’s meant to be disturbing how this sweet interaction is so quickly turned and the turn being treated so casually. It’s written to give you an uneasy feeling in your stomach as are most horror stories. The story summary doesn’t foreshadow Spike being impacted by the secret because him being dead is the secret, it just hints Twilight will have to hide it from people.

It's a content rating, not a description of the storytelling complexity or the writer's emotional maturity. Also, if you are going to critique the lack of maturity in a piece of work, it is advised that you do so in a mature manner.

Okay....I did'nt really mean to go off on a tangent there. I'm sorry for that, but it was my natural reaction to what I read. Perphaps you should give a waring at the bottom, it's up to you. It just that...not everyone is going to react well to straight up murder right away.
