It's nothing more than a spur of the moment thing caused by a comment in a group. I always wanted Folklore and Trixie to interact but the show always showed more to her character that was a bit different than what I thought and in the end It took me a while to reconsider it. Trixie is a stage performer and an entertainer foremost. So I always thought to myself later that in the end she would stop thinking she would be a great wizard, but would always look to inspire other ponies to seek out their dreams. Basically. Embrace the stage diva fully and forget about any sort of heroic glory. Which in of itself can be considered as evidence of her becoming a better pony in a way.

Trixie certainly showed her resourcefulness in season 6's finale, and defending Gallus was perhaps her best moment. Can't help but adore her!

I know. Now to post this to every group under my roster to see how it goes. This is my shortest and in a way more ordinary story. It can best be interpreted as a comic strip like. And it is more or less just an evening gone bad, with murder, and an injured beloved fandom character in for a speedy recovery.
It might have been a tad backwards of me to have made Trixie a damsel in distress. And honestly I should have considered how charismatic I can make a character like Folklore without it being too unbelievable.
And how this was just him blowing off steam before going to another dangerous assignment. He was just making conversation.
I just hope that people do not find it too weird that despite hearing the story involving child sacrifice and an over elaborate take on the "Fight Back" meme Trixie wanted to reel him in.
This isn't a ship. Sex wasn't going to happen that night anyway. But it could have been a the basis for a second meeting between them.
