Where am I? How did I get here? Why do they keep calling me 'Nightmare Moon'? And why do I look like her?
Those have been questions I've asked myself since I woke up with no memory of how this all happened. Now, in a world of talking magic ponies, I am soon taught the magic of friendship by a pony by the name of Twilight Sparkle and her friends.
And that's not the end of it; every night, I have visions of... me in another world, one that looks so familiar yet so alien. I don't know why, but I feel like I've been there before. The question is... how?
From the creator who brought you 'Selena and the Scar', The Adventures of Selina Lunar is a first-person adventure that tells the story of friendship, love, and the choice of who and what you want to be.
(The 'Human' tag is an essential part of what will be shown in the story and the 'Romance' tag will play a part at some point)

I love writing stories mainly for people to enjoy, not for my own fame. When I write, I only do it because I want to give people good stories to read, not ones that people will hate and not for me to get fame out of. I take my writing VERY seriously and I do my best to make sure that there are no errors and all that.
Me taking my writing very seriously is why chapters take a long time to be uploaded because I try my best to make sure the characters are on point and not out-of-character. That's why I will take all criticism because by doing so, I can see what I did wrong, what I can do to make it better, and to make sure that I'm not having the characters behave out-of-character.

Oh okay. I understand. It would be funny seeing all the ponies screaming and running around, but the consequences afterwards wouldn't be funny.
As for Chapter Six, the wait for that one won't be ridiculously long. One last thing I want to point out; the beginning for Chapter Six will be a little dark, but there will be a funny moment to make up for it. ;)

You're in luck because I have the whole story in mind. I have both the beginning and the ending set up.
Truth be told, 'The Adventures of Selina Lunar' is the first chapter to a trilogy I have set up. I will only make the other two books if people want me to make the sequels.
As for Daybreaker, she won't be the only threat that Selina will have to deal with in the future. ;)

I was originally going to confirm a few things once the story is completed, but since I actually don't like leaving people hanging and questioning, I might as well go for it.
The story, and the trilogy as a whole, take place three days after the events of the 25th episode of Season 9, and 3 years before Twilight moves back to Canterlot to become Princess of Equestria. The trilogy is also tied to one of the MLP comic series, but which is what I am leaving as a surprise and a secret for now. ;)
As for this story, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow are currently still in their petrified states and I am currently debating whether to put them in the trilogy or not. Cozy Glow's character is something that I can do easily since a lot of my stories that I've written in the past have been evil and very psychotic, but again, it is still in debate.
Lastly, I know who the true villain of the trilogy will be. Not only that, this character will be the archenemy to both Selina Lunar and Daybreaker. I will give off only one hint as to who it is. The character is female, not a pony, and has only made one appearance in a five-part comic series. That is all.

I wanted to make this different from other fanfics. I didn't want Selina to trust the characters right off the bat because trust doesn't work that way. Doing so would destroy any attempts with character development, especially with Selina throughout the story.

the big headache for me is the colors. Rarity is marshmellow white .NOT GREY. NOT EVEN REMOTELY GREY and Applejack is orange with a BLONDE MANE. NOT OLIVE.

Oh, they are much worse. They are followers to the main antagonist of the story.
Why are they sharing a bathroom? Twilight's castle is big so I would think there are private bathrooms.

There are private bathrooms in the castle, but that one is closer to the bedrooms, something that wasn't mentioned at all, that's the one that is used the most. Selina doesn't know that there are other private bathrooms in the castle, considering that this is the one that she ran into in Chapter 7 after she pulled that stunt with the Fire Ruby at the end of Chapter 6.
They aren't sharing the same bathroom; Selina doesn't know about the other bathrooms.

Well it makes sense, being both Luna and Selina are technically dream walkers since Selina has the body of Nightmare Moon, which I don’t imagine that one dream walker can enter another’s dream at least not without the dreamer actually letting them in.
