I suppose it's not so much that you *can't* sell a ghost, more that you *shouldn't*. I'm basing this judgement call on the guy who tried to sell his soul on the site; eBay removed the listing, arguing that either the soul was intangible and/or nonexistent, in which case it couldn't be shipped, or the soul was a tangible body part, in which case it violated the service's policy against selling body parts.
