now that's an ending i love, :D what i mean with that is she's.... well,
Thank you! waiting for your next work! See you soon!
*hug* Thank you for this amazing story. Though the ending was bittersweet, I could nearly feel the emotion in Twilight's words and actions. Thank you.
Very nice ending!! I really do like that "smidge of hope".
I'm honestly not sure if it needs a sequel. I mean, it would be nice to see Twilight pull a terminator and be "Cooper, come with me if you want to live!". Plus was kinda hoping for CooperxTwilight, though I feel thats no longer even in the cards.
But that ending is strong as it is.
Whatever decision you make, thanks for the wonderful story!
ooooh nice. that'll be a trip for cooper. one moment he's leading a good life and the next, suddenly pony!
damn she really said

That was an amazing story! I’m glad to see this possibility of a sequel and I’d love to see it however ya ended it well enough that if a sequel never happens it’s not a very bad cliff hanger to make ya crave something that is never to come. So thanks for such an awesome read as I stated I do hope to see a sequel but putting a fair amount of salt on that hope and as always keep writing and do what ya love!
Now that's not the ending i had expected in all honesty. I'm not complaining or against it but I theorized cooper would survive and get to live happily with twilight in Equestria. But itd be framed in such a way that there could be a sequel (like shit with Cooper's world bleeds into their world or something)
Either way it was still a good ending and i did enjoy the read. I thank you for your time and effort you put into the story. I look forward to a sequel, but the story as it is is pretty good on its own.
not the deuxexmakina i wanted but... ill take it
such a grate ending to a amazing story.
there is always hope.
Ehhhh I know the feeling, this DOES feel like backpedaling, but I kinda like it, the last chapter did build up to be epic.
If you do decide to do a sequel, I will be waiting
Great ending
It's a good ending if you want my honest opinion. It's a very real possibility that Twilight would do something like this. She can be obsessive when it come to things that she believes should be fixed.
I think you did a fantastic job in this story, and should you decide to post a sequel. I will look forward to reading it as well. Thank you for the journey my dude.
Morgan.
I for one would love a sequel. Maybe something like Endgame where Twilight minimizes the impact of the catastrophe that ruined the world from ever happening. Thats the only one that I can think of. I dont remember any lives being saved in Back to the Future after all. Though its been a long time since I saw the trilogy.
Simple dude, with magic create a copy of Cooper body, travel back in time, replace the fake body with the original, obviously while time is freezed so nobody new what happened, fix Cooper before his brains completely dies, and bring him to the future, no paradoxes, no new alternate worlds appearing for changing time, you are practically just rescuing him and not reviving him, and now we have a grave with a fake body, which is preferable, and we have Cooper alive and well, but seriously, almost nobody think of simply rescuing people through time travel before they die and replacing them, instead, they always try to revive or use necromancy to do the stuff, like, the imposible hard way, or the second worst, trying to change time, which is impossible.
Hmm this story was great in all honesty. Definitely giving it a review at some point
On another note I just want to thank you form at the very least myself and/or everyone who at least read the story to get past by the days.
Keep doing you lad
At first I was kind of confused that she still had a limp, considering magic should fix that easily, and Cooper would obviously tell her that if you can get an injury fixed, get it fixed, but I digress.
And wait, Sunset's here? Did Twilight ever mention the human world before? And why is she doing it instead of, you know, Celestia?
Still, this was a great story. I'm glad you used time travel, sequels are good. Now she can have a PTSD buddy.
Eaven with thr rushed ending, i realy enjoyed the story.
Thank you.

I could buy that at first but then she went back in time.
She's going to go back in time and she's not even going to make sure she's in full health first??
Why have you done this to me.
I was having a good day

You got that from Chrono Trigger...didn't you?
If you never played it...basically this: (Chrono Trigger Spoiler)
This is really good. Enjoying this a lot so far. Will keep reading until the end for sure.

I know I didn't explain any of this since I wanted to kinda leave the ending up for interpretation, but the reason Twilight didn't get fixed after that time was because of the guilt she had from Cooper's death. There's no denying that she's riddled with PTSD after what happened, so part of that manifests into her not wanting to fix herself since she failed to save Cooper's life even after having a vision of his death long before it happened. As for Sunset, I did mention her in the second chapter. This story takes place pretty much immediately after the first Equestria Girls movie, so Twilight had just returned from Sunset's world. As for why she's in charge now and not Celestia, this ending takes place years later, as in, right after the end of season 9. My thoughts are basically that Sunset was asked by Celestia or someone else to return after it became apparent that Twilight was crippled and mentally damaged to the point of basically being unfit to rule. As such, Sunset essentially took her place in the mane six and did all of the things Twilight did in the show while Twilight was recovering. An example being when Twilight stopped Starlight, but instead it was Sunset who stopped her. As such, once it became apparent that Twilight was no longer fit to be a princess, Sunset naturally took her place. I know that not everyone will like this explanation, but it's the one I think makes the most sense.

Thank you, everyone. I really can't express properly how much I appreciate your support. I know not everyone liked the ending, but I cannot overstate my gratitude to you for sticking with me until the end. I'm not 100% sure what I'll write next, but I do hope to see you all there <3

No, i haven't didn't know chrono trigger would have something similar, albeit simpler XD.
The ending turned out to be good and a little sad (a little dumb with worries, so this is my opinion). If you are going to make a sequel, then I ask you to think about the plot several times. No matter how many stories I read, the writers have cornered themselves or forgot to finish.
I read all your stories, except for the "Experiment", I liked the stories, the plot turned out, the heroes are good.
Good luck and may the force be with you.
I actually really enjoy how you ended this story. The bittersweet end felt natural and realistic. And what your Twilight does here feels like something she would do; it's not forced for the sake of plot.
I kept checking back each day hoping for a new chapter and was always happy to find another one. You did a very good job on this and I look forward to the possibility of a continuation. Until then I may need to check any other work you've done.
I was more wondering if Twilight would spearhead an effort to salvage humanity or not.
Well I cant go without a comment. Once again amazing work like everything else you've done. Think over it all and see whether you think its a good idea about a sequel yet. You obv can write something else in the meantime. I think most of us would appreciate something after this with the ending you gave. I shall wait and see what you come up with next...
A nice little epilogue, and maybe the promise of an happy forever after. I can get behind that. Thanks for the ride, it was really fun. I'll definitely be following your work
I like the fact that you left a mystery, does she save him does she fail. But im not gonna lie. I was really hopping for a heartfelt ending. Still a great story though.
I like this ending. Leaves it open whether she succeeds or not, and makes a sequel possible. A sad ending, but one with a glimmer of hope.
This was a fun story to read, can’t wait for what you’ve got planned for the future! :)
Great story, I enjoy the story you write.
Absolutely adore this story. Now that I've finished it entirely, I do want to say that while I thought the ending was really well done and really well written, I was kinda hoping for a good end to Cooper's story. Not sure what I expected but eh, I guess it hurt a bit to see him go. But I can understand why and it didn't change my opinion on this masterpiece.
Bravo. And if there is ever a sequel, you can bet your ass that I'll be reading that asap.
Till the next time.
best bet is to evacuate as many humans as you can before and after the bomb falls. I really doubt a lone pony even as powerful Twlight is could stop what to come. She would be handicap because of the magicless nature of the world, Then again its been years so I imagine she found work arounds for this. In the event she cant stop it she should go back in time to jus after he got shot heal him and replace his body with a magical clone to prevent a paradox. return back with his family and the othes to your time and finally heal your legs and finally heal you legs and finally take up your Princess hood .
Seriously good story, thoroughly enjoyed it! Should you write a sequel, I'd be happy to read it. Even if you don't, though, you left it in a spot where people can imagine what might happen next. Great work!

Thank you. I'm really glad you feel that way. Overall I'm very happy with how the story went and I'm just glad so many people enjoyed my work :)

Thank you. I'm thrilled that you liked the ending. I was really apprehensive about going this route, despite it being my intent from the very beginning, since so many people were really enjoying the chapters.
10708751
Thank you :)
10708234
Thanks! I'm thinking something along the lines of Anon in Equestria just as a lighthearted, feel-good story next.
10706812
Thank you. I hope to see you in the next one :D
10705861
Hopefully you won't have to wait too to long. Again, I'm still not 100% sure if I want to do a sequel for this story, but I might if I can come up with a decent enough story to continue it.
10705514
Thank you so much. I'm really glad you felt that way about Twilight. I tried my best to make her as close to canon as I could while still trying to adapt her to this story universe. I'm glad to hear that I've done well in that regard :)
10705113
Thank you. I appreciate you reading all of my work! It really does mean a lot to me. I know what you mean about writers writing themselves into a corner though. I've felt that way a few times while I was writing all of my stories so far.
10707831
I know what you mean. Still though, thank you for reading my work. I'm happy that you liked it :D

I'll be sure to check your older stuff in the meantime. That got me curious
Loved this story! You kept the chapters short and readable, the uploads (mostly) consistent, had good character development, tight action sequences, heartwarming scenes, emotional scenes, and gave me hope for more of this story! I just hope that if there is a possible sequel, it keeps what made this story so good to read. Either way, bravo!
