It was a bit of a walk, and the mare had been looking back at the two with an even bigger smile while bounding along as they reached a small clearing.

Do you mean bouncing?

Pound’s eyes glanced between the tendrils wetly sliding into Pinkies tunnels and Pumpkin, looking at her rear with more and more urgency until his eyes opened wide.

He shuddered hard and let out the ~~one~~ most adorable squeaks that could have come right from a filly.

They hadn’t tried anything since that experience, and she had been sore for a day or two after; both of them were walking funny for the longest time it felt like. For Pinkie, it looked like she was back to her normal self; a cure for whatever was ailing her.
she was able to practically summon Pound’s colthood out from its hiding spot.
With the way ~~the~~ Pinkie was eyeing her filly parts and with
slowly bringing the promise of that wonderful release she felt so many times.

Please keep in mind, I know I can be overly critical and negative at times. I can always find something to nitpick, even in the greatest works of literature ever written. Please don't take it personally!
-As crazy and over-the-top as you'd expect from a story involving Pinkie porn.
-Things got pretty chaotic and hard to follow at times. It's possible to follow, but had to put concentration into just figuring out what's going on and what position everypony is in, which distracts from what the story is getting at.
-Maybe it could have been better if it stuck to just one POV?
-“Do you want to go in the house?” he asked, throwing ideas against a wall and hoping one sticks. -- awkward verb tense issues.
-“Well I am also having heat issues,” Pinkie said -- Doesn't really sound like Pinkie Pie.
-into Pinkies tunnels -- apostrophe catastrophe.
-like a new found drug -- needs a hyphen
-The second chapter seems kind of unnecessary and a bit of a let-down after the craziness of the first. (Almost as if it was tacked on to meet a word count?) Might have been better to just extend the ending of the first chapter some. That ending felt a bit rushed at the very end.
-Fairly good job showing foal-like innocence.
