Corruption, mind control and asset expansion. Those three in particular get me going like nothing else, though mostly for the loss of control and descent into debauchery. I feel your setting up for a sequel and even if your not there is still a huge amount of potential that you could use to easily make one. Also I can see poor spike getting gender swapped and losing his memories on what Twilight looked like originally making him think that she was always part Tantabus in the sequel.
