You can probably have an epilogue scene where Rouge go to the grave where her old body was buried her body is buried in a place where only her and an old friend knows where it was and she digs up the coffin and opens it to reveal that she used a chaos emerald for her resurrection plan to work well it's the green chaos emerald after she retrieves the chaos emerald the old friend of her shows up and it reveals to be Shadow the Hedgehog (Who mide you is very much still alive because he's immortal he was just in hiding for many years.) It's revealed that not only Shadow knew about Rouge's plan but he also helped her with it because he was the one that used the chaos emerald to extract Rouge's soul from her body and send the 3 pieces of her soul to different objects to inhabit until the time was right. The two then catch up and Shadow tells Rouge what has happened to Mobius all of these years while she was gone. After that Shadow then goes to a location where Omega was with Rouge following him.
