After the Fact

It has been years since Princess Twilight moved away from Ponyville to live in Canterlot, and in truth quite a bit of time has passed since the last time she came back to visit her old town. She decides it's time for her to pay the town a short, informal visit, to see how things have changed in the last few years and how the citizens are doing nowadays.

Disturbed by that bit with the CMC. Not sure if its a joke or not... but nonetheless enjoyable

So the other members of the Mane 6 are for some reason not there, and if Twilight said 25 years have passed, that implies that they wouldn't have died of old age. So, either they all got killed somehow, or had some illness that made them die early, or simply were just deleted from the world.

I honestly don't know what to think about this story, especially since I don't know half what's going on, so...........you get a from me.

Yeah, I figured something was up when Twilight couldn't just fly from Canterlot to Ponyville. The real question is whether this is isolated to this town or indicative of the state of all Equestria.
