Hmmmmm. Not too bad. The pacing was a little rushed in places, mostly the parts where the flag is going from hoof to hoof in rapid succession, but I can see this as being an entertaining story. Though we are getting a more detailed explanation for this whole thing, right? The story summary is nice, but it doesn't work as well as Luna actually telling somepony (and, by extension, the readers) what this is all about. I'll be keeping an eye on this.
Also, I approve of the RvB reference. Scootaloo is best Sarge. (Wait, so does this make Babs Seed Lopez? And who are the Blues? And now my head hurts.)
