I literally just googled "Latin phrases" and picked the first one I found that sounded like something she would pick. "The stars incline us, they do not bind us" or something. It doesn't matter too much, I just needed some random epitaph that sounded cool but grim. Honestly I spent more time picking a middle initial than anything else.
