Well for example why the heck is Luna still on the moon if she's on vacation? Exploring the cosmos sounds like a cool thing to do for a vacation but there she is, still on the moon after a thousand years.
Also the time frame of the vacation, two million years? I suppose if you're immortal goddess that have lived since creation itself then that might not seem like big deal but even so it's quite some time and that length of time brings up other problems.
Species have come and gone in less time than that. Also there all those innovations that Celestia was telling Luna at the end; the strap on for example. You would think that since Celestia is apparently a very sexually active being then she would have thought up something like in endless years she has lived before.
All that being said, I did like this story very much. I liked how Celestia and Luna are still loving sisters and all that junk, it's cute.
