Hmm, there's nothing that breaks the immersion more than a big-ass red warning in the middle of the story. Hell, even a shower scene got a warning, though a black one. Your readers are not dumb, they probably read the description and know what they're getting themselves into (and if they didn't, then it's their fault), so don't treat them like they are.
