I know this can come off as an annoying question, but is this story dead/dying? It's been a year since you posted anything and the concept of starlight au Rarity and Nightmare moon developing a relationship is perfect! I find it weird this idea isn't explored that much or as well as this single chapter that (I pray) will lead to more.
Alas.
