Fun fact: Sugarcoat wears the shortest skirt of anyone in the movie, it's just harder to notice because she covers for it with tights underneath. One could make a case for Sunset's shirt ruffles, but I don't think those are supposed to be a skirt at all.
Not to dampen her moment, but she probably shouldn't go kicking props and costumes most likely owned by the studio.
