You know, it would make sense for the Animal Control people to know Fluttershy because of her work at the shelter and them bringing in animals to there.
This turned out really good. You used Fluttershy's talents to their best use and handled her character perfectly. Though gotta ask why did they take her socks and boots off?

I've heard of kidnappers removing their victims' socks and shoes to make it harder for them to escape, especially if they must run outside in the middle of the day.
This actually would've made a great episode.
