A couple questions:
1) I assume, in "dream realm" everybody kinda talks the same language? But what about words in one that other has no substitute for? "Computer" for instance?
2) How does this "dream interrogation" works? Can it be cast through dreams or requires direct contact? Does it give the persona a compulsion to speak the truth, or something else? Does one interrogated remember of this afterwards? Can something protect from this spell(except obvious "don't let Luna catch you" and "somehow forget the information")?
Anyway, an interesting idea in here.

I love the concept on it's own, and while I thought the formatting was awkward at first, by the end of the chapter it was lending it's-self well to the overall feeling of the chapter. My god, it feels weird to critically analyze something.

My apologies. I didn't answer before because I wasn't sure if I was going to go into the details of the spell in this latest chapter and whether or not I should answer anyways, but in the end I scrapped detailing the spell in the story to streamline it a bit so I might as well answer your questions now.
1. No it doesn't cause everyone to use the same language. English just sounds like Equestrian. It might be a little lazy of me, but translation as a source of conflict isn't something I am interested in exploring in this story. Maybe I will in another story, but it would just slow down the story I am currently trying to tell.
2. Circumspect Silver's "Zone of Truth" works much like the spell of the same name in Dungeons and dragons, only difference being that it affects everyone within the caster's immediate line of sight instead of an area of some arbitrary number of feet squared. Any subject in this range is compelled to speak only truthfully and cannot lie.
Before casting this Luna has to use a spell that causes a dreamless sleep which I havent felt the need to name yet, so they can appear in a featureless void instead of some crazy dreamscape and also allows the subject to project their emotions and subconscious thoughts onto the void as images. Then she casts the "Zone of Truth" and enters into the subjects dream. These 3 effects in tandem are what constitute this interation of the dream-interrogation spell. Obviously this didn't work as intended, so at this point I am not sure if we will see this version used again in the story at this point.
As for preventative measures, yes you do wanna avoid getting captured but should I feel Luna needs to use this version again she might find that other obstacles present themselves, particularly "lucid dreaming" since ponies haven't seemed to grasp the concept fully yet.
