7739716 I have no idea. Zyhenderson and I haven't talked about Bill Cipher for the past week. His grammar isn't all that good, so I typically have to pick and place bits of it to understand what he wants. From what I understand, Bill Cipher only appears in the very beginning, and never again afterwards.
