You can't just go and make up a new fetish! There is a whole system that you need to go through.
Otherwise anyone can claim they came up with it, and if they do all the official paperwork first then they technically hold all the rights to that fetish.
Usually this only affects porn company's as they have to pay you for using that as a tag or selling point for that product, even if whatever porn product they're selling doesn't actually contain the fetish.
Now if you want to claim this fetish as yours then going to need to the UK and go to the clearly marked building in flesh shank Northumberland, (you'll know it when you see it), and do any paperwork they have for you.
I've heard the paperwork is very strait forward, although it might be longer than it needs to be. And that the staff are apparently quite good at their jobs.
