The reason for my question is that Scribe-Feather was against writing about poop outside diapers when I commissioned him.

This was a special case. The story's concept relied heavily on the idea of open scat so it was included. Usually I tend to avoid the idea because I'm not always able to write it in well and properly portray the kink.
The story's called Padded Rump Padded Room, but the picture says Padded Room Padded Rump. XD

You realize the realism of this story is preposterous right? Where did she get the additional food to mess the three additional times? Unless she had diarrhea, but that wasn't the case as all four times it was a solid mass. Thus, the idea she could mess herself four times in short succession without refilling the tank so to speak is impossible.
7530053 I find magical talking ponies equally preposterous. And such details were requested by the commissioner so therefore it was included.
I've made a terrible mistake
What made this story fun was Lilly Luck. The whole lead up to her getting the job, discovering what the job entailed, and then coming to her conclusions afterwards. Gilda's observations were certainly amusing. However the plot with Lilly definitely was the glue that made this story more than just Gilda all regressed and making a mess. :)
Points for the scenes with Dashie. she does know how to bail. I'd say that was definitely in character.
