What concerns me about your story is how willing your characters are to throw there lives away. Sweetie Belle instead of trying to fight the doll one on one to save her friends instead just committed suicide. Then when button sees that she died, his literal first thought is to commit suicide too.
Also the fact that characters in your story don't seem to really care that their friends and family just died. They seem to be like "oh Rarity's dead, oh well." it just seems odd.
The last thing I'll say is, it got kind of confusing in the story on whether the characters were ponies, humans or something in between. Could have been a great story, just didn't seem to be able to hook the awesomeness.
