Earth ponies, Pegasi and Unicorns are the three pony races of Equestria
The Pegasi have the special ability to walk on clouds and fly at extreme speeds.
The Unicorns have uncanny magical abilities which are hard to match.
The Earth ponies have only farming abilities and strength.
Earth ponies have no advantage in an unfair life. It's not fair for them. Without any magical properties or wings, they must do everything the slow and painful way. As time has passed on, Pegasi and Unicorns have become more aware of this and have began to tease and insult the poor Earth ponies. With a little push an uprising could begin...

Well, Lauren Faust once stated that Earth Ponies had a special connection to nature and animals, so I guess it makes it easier for them to farm and breed animals or whatever, but that's probably not the greatest thing to have if you're a pony.

591182 Earth Ponies do all the farming and physical labor, they even got an episode showing the founding of Equestria, in which the Earth Ponies produced the food, and the other races relied on them for food. On the other hand, Flim and Flam created a machine for creating Cider, so I guess the whole "Earth Ponies are the only ones who make food" thing is out. Perhaps Earth Ponies are just stronger than the other races, but that wouldn't explain Rainbow Dash beating Apple Jack in a Hoof Wrestling contest. So, that only leaves one thing. Defying logic. Pinkie Pie, being able to destroy any form of logic, and the fact that she worked on a rock FARM, a rock farm, her family produced rocks. Apple Jack being able to have her freckles removed in certain frames, and have them instantly returned in the following scene is another example of logical destruction. But really, Earth Ponies don't really have anything that other races don't. Maybe Earth Ponies have a secret, untapped trait.

The OC of people are mainly pegasus and unicorns (mine would be a pegasus
) , it is rare and difficult to find someone willing to do without problems or regret a OC earth pony instead of a Pegasus or Unicorn.

Well considering they apparently grow something like 99% of all food in Equestia, any war is going to be rather short and rather decisively in their favor, since it doesn't matter how awesome you are at magic or flying, you still need to eat.

At the same time, the whole story about the founding of Equestria had Earth Ponies, Unicorns and Pegasi going their seperate ways. Obviously the Unicorns/Pegasi knew how to grow their own food.
In general, I just go with Earth Ponies having superior muscle mass, and actually makes more sense to me. Unicorns are of magic, intelligent but haughty/Pegasi are of air, fast but flighty/Earth pony's are of earth, strong but stubborn.
As for RD vs AJ in hoofwressle, I'm taking that as a visual gag(s) (The same way Rarity and Twilight somehow carried a boulder on their back that was probably 10 times their own weight), or RD spends a hell of a lot more time working out. Athlete vs Farmer. She's just never bothered with building mass on her front legs. If she had, she'd be doing what she was with her hindlegs with her forelegs. Breaking trees in half.
Otherwise seriously, it'd be like some cosmic "Fuck you" being born as one, spending half your life wondering what you did to deserve such punishment. And if I'm correct that Unicorns/Pegasi can grow their own food like I mentioned, ultimately useless to society, with every job you could do, a Pegasus or Unicorn could do better, other than the very very few involved in farming.

Word of god supports them blessing the land and making it fertile, so...I don't think you could grow apples without being an earth pony.
