The worlds of Equestria, and Republic City had been saved from the dictatorship of Kuvira, by the grand princess that was Avatar Korra. Balance, and harmony had been restored once more among both ponies and humans alike. Even if everypony had it nice, still, somepony was curious among travels of the world...or for that matter, the one world...
Things were going very well for the Princess of Republic City. But her counterpart had made a unique discovery in her own parallel world. The encounter had left her own world, and flew to another colorful world of ponies, benders, and magic! The culprit: a time manipulator simply known as 'The Doctor' from Ponyville. The crossover of worlds was a threat upon the time and space continuum, and a new danger had presented itself because of it
Will both Korras be able to solve this adventure? Will the Princess Korra be able to cure the Avatar Korra of her troubles? What danger threatens the survival of both universes?
Time for Korra and the mane six to go off on another epic adventure!
So, wait, before I read this, this is a story where the original korra series clashes with the my little legend series?

Hmm, so is this technically a 3 way crossover? Regardless, I'm so ready to see what kinds of meditations you have in comparing the 2 worlds. dr. hooves is a footnote technically.
However, what I'm looking forward to is seeing how the differences between the 2 worlds is seen. Avatar Korra is fundementally different from Alicorn Korra, because of the number of friends, the use of magic, the difference in canon events, the power of friendship, the optimism of the elements, the power of redemption, etc. So needless to say, despite achieving similar ends, there were substantial differences between the 2 groups in what happened next. It's exploring these differences that I'm most interested in. Seeing how the "canon" crew tangles with the "fan" world. A world of magic, of hope, of redemption and sunshine.

5856001 Well, not clashes exactly, but contrasts. Think of it as the difference between 2 visions of the legend. One with the ponies bringing optimism and light, while one follows the "original"vision. The fun is in seeing the contrasts. And it's with The Little Pony Legend. Post book 4 since everyone's married at this point besides twilight.
So while the citizens of Republic city hardly batted an eye, we return to air temple island. Tenzin and his family were off. So that means no tenzin, pema, ikki, jinora, meelo, rohan, and presumably no kya and bumi. At least for now. However, Sunset was still working on her books. She was currently telling the tale of how Korra defeated Zaheer and reformed the earth queen. Although, I find it kinda fun that Sunset actually listened to bolin and didn't freak out.
There was some small details brought out, but the real first point of change was when Team Avatar (different from team avatar harmony) saw P'Li. She is the first major difference between worlds. The compassion of a princess changed her fate. Gave her life, and a chance to redeem herself. Allow the sympathetic a chance to start over. To be an angel from a demon. Hearing her story is the first visible sign of how this world truly is different besides the obvious pony differences. And the wing around P'li was such a sweet touch. Showing the optimism/cynicism divide that's bound to start cropping up in this fic.
Although that bit with Leilani had me tilting my head. I know Leilani isn't about being turned into a war machine, but what's with this sudden harshness regarding 2 raavas? Why can't they be allowed to remember? I mean, it doesn't quite make sense. I hope you manage to elaborate soon. Cause I won't accept this as the same wise and patient Leilani until you do.
Then came the gradual explanations on the world. Starting with the colors, then the alicorns, and then of course, the singing. My favorite line of the fic so far: "There had never been such a blanker expression on Bolin, Asami or Mako's face, EVER..."
Then there was that bit with old and new mako. The pony mako knew the power of friendship, learning from asami's picture, from his mistakes, from his travels, from his love and care. These were the things which gave him the courage to try again, and finally allowed him to be the one to marry Avatar Korra. Their story ended in love. Not so with Legend Mako. But, just because one got married doesn't mean they're totally different. Sure, the pony mako also made peace with his parents's death, but they still experienced some similar things. And that means they can relate to each other in a way that makes them brothers already. I look forward to seeing what the other members of team avatar learn from team avatar harmony. Especially if more of the supporting cast shows up. Hou-Ting and Kuvira immediately come to mind, though Lin might also have an interesting contrast as well, along with of course Tenzin's family and Opal and Su and themselves and discord and....and....Oh man, I'm so excited! Are you excited? I know I haven't been so excited since I went Gasp, but (Ok, we get it. You're pinkie pie.) Ok fine. Also, be careful with your writing to take note of the mane 6's new emotional state. Fluttershy's more professional, RD's less of a rebel, Twilight and Princess Korra have "become each other" in their interests and fears, and so forth. Having closely followed the little pony legend, I'll be fact checking you every step of the way.

Ok next chapter should have better labeling for the same characters from different universes, but other than that this was actually a really. Cool idea, and I can't wait to. Read more
Ok, good, avatar Korra, and Alicorn korra, that's good, can we call Asami, Bolin, and mako from the legends universe, married, like married mako, married asami, and married Bolin, it's really confusing with just the labels new and old
