It's pretty good. Except for the fact that this story shares many traits with other Doctor Whooves stories written before on this website.
Autons have been used in this fic.
Octavia and Vinyl have been used in several Doctor Whooves stories, almost always companions.
And the Doctor regenerating from tenth to eleventh has been done dozens of times, and is a very unoriginal way to get the Doctor into Equestria.
Furthermore, this version of the Doctor resembles what is found in Doctor Whooves Adventures and Doctor Whooves and Assistant, which are the two most well-known stories/audio dramas in this category. It doesn't seem very original, so it probably won't get that many views, despite it having better grammar than 95% of other Doctor Whooves fics.

5356719 Wilfred Mott (Wilf to his friends) is the grandfather of one of the Doctor's companions, Donna Noble, and he was the one who fulfilled the prophecy that heralded the Tenth Doctor's death. The knocking was part of the prophecy.
