Something that irks me with this is the lack of exposition that explains the background. Rarity and Spike getting together? Flash Sentry being Twilight's boyfriend out of nowhere?
While this and fact that Celestia sounds like the modern 12 year old instead of using the old Equish that we had learned of its existence in the first chapter has jarred me, this does have my interest. I'll follow this, for now.
