He should just tell the truth, ir at least part of it. Twilight abducted him, pumped magic into him, turned him into a mare, and doesn't care.

Why not go with a fabricated truth? I came by magic from another universe, was transformed to a pony, AJ would back him up, Mac would bealive, she would not need to lie.

And it is not like anything would change aside from a more understanding audience, more chances to improve because of the recent changes, one needs to know to wield the truth to ones advantage.

Of course he probably is still rather overwhelmed and wants to show no weakness.
