Coys are a special ability certain people possess, like superpowers. The people who possess this ability are called coyable people. Nobody has the same coy(s), each one is different and special in its own way.
Separated by the government and hated by normals, people without coys, the coyable people are put in two categories good or bad coy. Good coyable people have helpful or happy coys, by government standards. Bad coyable people have destructive or evil coys by government standards.
Rainbow Dash and Applejack meet once. Believing they will never see each other again the share a special kiss. Having life or death secrets and a way-to-powerful-to-ignore love, Applejack and a few friends cross the boundaries to meet Rainbow once more.
Torn between love and regrets, the mane six and a few friends have to figure out a way to give true freedom to coyable people, once and for all! But they also have to save themselves and each other from being pulled apart and torn apart.
Love, secrets, and walls pulling them apart. Friendship might not be the answer, they might need a little more.

Well, an interesting premise. But some of these are strange to read. May I ask what "she gives me a 'l" is supposed to mean? Is that a one? An l? An aye?
And does "spin once, o, three" is supposed to mean? Is the o a zero? A circle spin? A stop? Twice?
I suggest maybe an editor to work through the odd parts?

Each persons is different. They just have a special ability a normal person wouldn't usually have. That's the only way to really explain it. I might get a little more into what it is later on.

You know, I've seen every episode of Milky Holmes, so I'm probably among the few who know what Coys are. But I hope you don't do this exactly like the show. They NEVER make ANY progress. EVER. Seriously, throughout the majority of the show, they don't even have their Toys, and when they finally get them back, they always end up losing them again! WTF?! I get that it's primarily a comedy but seriously, one of the main reasons I watched that show was to see the Toys in action! And because I saw this video. And they have a really weird relationship with the villain. How did she even get to be the head of the school? Of the DETECTIVE ACADEMY no less! The VILLAIN is the head of the academy that trains the HEROES! That's so messed up. She doesn't even sabotage anything! She actually helps them! I just don't understand!
...
But this ramble is pretty much meaningless to someone who hasn't seen the show. If anyone hasn't, I recommend it. It's hilarious. Just don't expect anything meaningful to happen at all.
