"The humans? They were here. This history book says so."

Shortly after the return of the Crystal Empire, Twilight Sparkle borrows a book from the Crystal Empire's library, and it speaks of Equestria before Celestia and Luna lived among the other creatures of Equestria, when they lived just as the sun and the moon.
But the book also speaks of a species that was banished from Equestria,

the humans.

Twilight, intrigued by her new found source of knowledge of a species she has never heard of before, decides to look deeper into the study of humans.

Five years have passed since Spike fulfilled his dream, five years since he got the girl, five years since happiness seemed assured to him in his life. He now lives with a standing relationship with the best dressmaker in Equestria, but it hasn't been all sunshine and smiles for him like he expected it to be. Ever since his departure from Ponyville, his dreams have been plagued by thoughts of what he left behind, what could have been. They are dreams that allow his heart to speak, and they sing out in a beautiful chorus splashed with lavender.

His past has been set, but his future has not. Will he live with what he's got, or will he be the same enthusiastic romancer he once was to try and achieve something better with a faded flame?

It's Twilight Sparkle's birthday and even though she thinks her friends are throwing her a surprise party, they don't seem to be very busy. Not with preparing a party at least. It's almost as if they've forgotten and that to them, today is any other day.

This is something I wrote for my friend Twilightsparkle13 as today (assuming it doesn't take forever to be approved) is her birthday and I wanted to do something nice. So as long as she's happy with it I'm happy with it. Comedy tag thrown on for inanity, no actual laughs guaranteed, as per usual with my comedy fics. I'm British, we have a different sense of humour.

Becoming a princess is a big change. Twilight knows that change isn't always easy, especially when you have to say goodbye to your friends.

Before being crowned Equestria's newest princess, Twilight must perform her final friendship assignment; enjoy her last week in Ponyville.

She can do it as long as she remembers, that everything is going to be just fine.

Based on the transition from Twilight returns to the Princess Twilight Cometh. And nothing more.

Twilight Sparkle had an unbreakable bond with her friends. Even after they had disappeared from Equestria, Twilight would always find a way to reach them. The connection they shared had always shone twice as bright as any other star in Luna's sky.

But...what happens when Twilight has to be the one to shatter that bond that they had worked so hard to forge? Why would she take a hammer to the wall of friendship she had tried so hard to create?

Twilight Sparkle needed to forget.

Twilight has always loved mysteries. Researching them, dissecting them, and finally, solving them. Almost nothing could compare to the joy she feels when finding an answer to a question no pony knew.

But there are mysteries with answers better left unheard, truths that aren't meant to be known. Now Twilight has solved a mystery with an answer she doesn't want, an answer she can never forget.

The battle with Tirek was far more taxing than Twilight ever could have anticipated. Now permanently scarred and wracked with grief, she must rise up from the ash like a phoenix to reclaim her hope and prove to herself that she is an overcomer.

Fluttershy is accidentally turned into a dragon. Can the gang carry on as normal, make Fluttershy feel comfortable in her new body and find a moral to put in their letter to Princess Celestia?

Shipping in an assistant librarian from Manehattan to run the Canterlot Archive is an unorthodox move to be sure, but Page Turner, fresh off the train, thinks that maybe it's just a sign that she's moving up in the world. Page is crushed when her duties in charge of the prestigious library turns out to be an endless parade of busywork.

But soon Page finds things are not quite as boring as she thought. She receives odd requests for the rarest spell books, and royal visits almost daily. Just when things seem to be looking up Page finds herself plagued by sleepless night, strange noises seeping from unseen corners, and vivid, frightening dreams.

All alone on her first time away from home, Page slowly puts together the pieces of a frightening truth:
