When the Cloudsdale stock market crashes, the entire Pegasus race is left in a depression. To make matters worse the Canterlot government has refused to send any form of financial aid because of this several radical pegasi would form together to create the Pesagus Liberation Army. A paramilitary group that vows to have the entire pegasi race under one banner and fully independent from Equestria through any means necessary.

A new threat looms as a new infestation had begun, and had already dealt damage to Trottingham. Two ponies plead the help of Twilight Sparkle, and her friends set off to investigate the unusual cause of the epidemic, which may soon spread over to Ponyville, and eventually Equestria. Will the Mane Cast stop the threat in time? Or will the clues given to them only leads them in a circle, making it too late to save their beloved kingdom?

This story will stick to the canon as much as possible, so it means no pairings between ponies whatsoever. Some background ponies that are mentioned in the fic will most likely stay as background ponies.
