RAINBOW
"What the hell was that grey?!?"
"I-I don't know I just fainted"
"I know that I'm asking why"
"I don't know I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my side then I blacked out."
"Let me see your side" I said with a tone that made me sound as if I didn't believe him.
"O-ok"
grey lifted up his shirt and what I saw nearly brought tears to my eyes; what I saw was a large black ring circling the spot were chrysalis had stabbed him with her horn. I took him to the doctor and they took an X-ray of it revealing what they believed to be a few fragment's of her horn inching towards his spine. They acted fast and removed the fragments but the result was not what they expected ; Grey started to go berserk after the surgeries completion. He got up off his bed and started to run out of the hospital, they all tackled him but in his enraged state he was to strong. Once out of the hospital he took off towards The changeling kingdom I got in front of him only to see that his eyes had turned a shade of green that I've only seen once; it was at Cadence and Shining Armors wedding when Chrysalis managed to control Shining Armor's mind.
This only meant one thing that chrysalis has taken control of grey, I had to get him back before she used him to take Equestria for herself. I went to Canterlot and spoke to Celestia; she granted me the use of the armory and I took advantage of this fact. I went in and Put on an armor designed especially for me and I noticed that there was one for the rest of my friends as well. I took a few weapons and loaded up on explosives, it was then I realized that I was not alone in the room. I turned to see my friends putting on their armor as well.
"what are you guys doing here!?"
"Awe shucks Rainbow ya' didn't think that we were gonna letcha go alone did ya?"
"Yes rainbow were your friends and were all friends with grey."
"Twilight?"
"Yes I'm coming is that a problem"
"kinda your a princess."
"that doesn't mean anything I am going to help save my friend."
"yippie let's go kick some changeling but"
"actually they have thorax's because their more like bugs."
"TWILIGHT!!" we all said in unison
"Oh sorry"
"R-r-rainbow?"
"Yes Fluttershy?"
"Why are you going, isn't it dangerous for your baby?"
"well yeah but that's not the point I'm doing this to save my fiance "
"That's great and all dear but I simply can't let you go."
"Guy's please we already tried this once with Twilight, remember it didn't turn out well"
"She's right. Rainbow just promise me one thing keep that baby safe."
"I promise."
We left after that with haist, arriving at the castle of the changelings within a matter of hours.
~~~~~MEANWHILE~~~~~
"GET OUT OF MY HEAD" said Grey as he continued to resist the magic of chrysalis coursing through his mind
"Hmmm you are more resistant than the other Nephelim that I captured during my time on earth. and yes that means I captured you and Kept an eye on you while disguised as a soldier."
"You bitch, why would you do this to me?"
"To take Equestria for my own personal gain" Said Chrysalis as a changeling scout burst into the room.
"YOUR MAJESTY"
"Yes what is it?"
"I saw six figures coming to view over the ridge."
"Ah I see looks like your friends have come to save you grey. I'm going to enjoy this"
"What are you going to do?"
"I order you to kill rainbow dash and her friends"
"NO!!" screamed grey trying to resist the magic controlling his body; but it was no use chrysalis's magic had takin full control of his body's motion receptors forcing him to walk out the doors towards them.
~~~BACK OUT SIDE~~~
"Rainbow are you sure about this?" asked twilight
"Of course, I love him and I'm not about to let some hideous bug use him as a toy."
"B-But it's going to be pretty dangerous in there I'm sure I can reason with them."
"Fluttershy don't you remember what happened in Canterlot?"
"O'course she does dash, it's just I'm also a'bit scared."
"You guys don't have to do this I can do this on my own if I need to."
"Um......"
"What is it twilight?"
"I-I-I-I-I-I....."
"Spit it out twilight."
"I think you going to need all the help you can get...I think it's time I call in a favor."
Twilight whipped out a scroll and used her magic to send it away, meanwhile we all looked towards the castle entrance and saw Grey walking resiliently towards us. Without thinking I flew towards him, but about halfway towards him he screamed.....
"STAY AWAY!!!!!! Please... I don't want to hurt you."
"What?"
"She-she's or-ordered me to-to-to......TO KILL YOU!!!"
By now Chrysalis had full control over his arms and legs and she was making him run towards me, I was so petrified by his words I couldn't move. Suddenly the tree beside the beginning of the bridge opened like a door and a figure walked through; noticing I was in danger he let his hand glow and a tree swooped me up and brought me back to where he was standing. The tree blocked greys path but it wouldn't hold for long, I turned toward Twilight and asked who the man was who saved me.
"Oh silly me I forgot to introduce you. Everyone this is Dusk he is a cross-breed between a man and a wolf."
"Well thank Celestia you arrived just now otherwise Dash wouldn't be standing here"
"It was nothing. But I have a feeling that he is special to you guys so I'll do what I can to stall him"
"Thank you ...... Dusk was it?"
"Please call me Wolfie"
"OK enough chit-chat D- Wolfie we need you to distract Grey while we go and take care of chrysalis."
"OK ......Who's, who again?"
"*sigh* Grey is the one you just saved rainbow from and chrysalis is the one who is taking control of his mind"
"Oh...Okay"
Dusk went first while we all went around Grey while he was distracted as I passed him I saw the flow of constant tears coming from his right eye I went back and got beside him whispered something in his ear and hurried back to my friends. The castle was infested with changelings and it took a bloody mess and a whole buck tonne of bug guts to get to Chrysalis's chambers; once thee we really wanted to use the elements of harmony but we all remembered what was required to save Equestria from disaster several years ago. Instead I challenged her to one on one combat the wager; If i won she would let grey go and submit to execution, If I lost She could have my life.
Dusk was still keeping Grey occupied using his shield to keep Grey's attacks from killing him, and I was fighting chrysalis so I could have My boyfriend back instead of her using him as a puppet.
~~~~~MEANWHILE~~~~~
"Grey listen to me you have to fight it, otherwise Rainbow is going to die up there."
"I'm trying, Please kill me"
Suddenly grey remembered what Rainbow had told him "You Are Not Her Puppet Grey"
"I am not her puppet." Grey repeated feeling a little more control over his body
"I am not her puppet." Grey repeated again still getting more control
"I am not her puppet."
"I am not her puppet."
"I am not her puppet."
"I am not her puppet."
"I am not her puppet."
"I am not her puppet." he kept repeating until he had just a bit of control over his limbs allowing him to move himself using all the effort he could muster up he asked dusk to help him get up to Chrysalis's chambers.
~~~~BACK IN CHRYSALIS'S CHAMBERS~~~~
"You don't own him!!!" screamed Rainbow
"Yes.....I do you conniving Bitch" Chrysalis screamed back as she punched her in the face
We were still going at it for five minutes and when she punched me, I had exhausted my energy and I couldn't get back up to defend myself; I had lost
"So now I get your life.......and I decide to end it."
"You can't end my life without ending the one of my child."
"You're pregnant.... Oh this will make his life a living nightmare."
She swung at me and the blade had come so lose to the side of my throat *CLANG* was the next sound I heard before opening my eyes and looking to my left. On her blade was a metallic hand that I new only one person had......Grey. He had stopped the blade and protected me even though chrysalis had taken control of his body and forced him to try and kill me.
"Do Not Hurt My Girl or my friends"
"How is this possible I have control over you"
"No You don't"
"*sniff* Ah can you smell that, of course you don't. It's the love that you feel for them I can get so much from you that it will turn me into an even more powerful person than even Celestia herself."
"I...Will.....Never....let...that .....happen" He said as he was forced to the ground by Chrysalis
"Yes you will"
"I... Said... NO I WON'T!!!!!!!!!" Said grey bursting into a black flame
When he got up the flames only consumed his body then they moved away and rested on his wings leaving an armor like no other an armor that could put fear into Cerberus himself and it worked Chrysalis was petrified with fear so much so that she pissed herself. Chrysalis composed herself and walked up to grey and looked into his eyes then attempted to use her magic on him; as soon as she did she was forced back and thrown to the ground.
"Chrysalis, I was never your puppet and you toyed with me and almost made me kill the person I love. I can never forgive you for that, but I can punish you."
"How!?! are you going to kill me, if you are then do it."
"No I am going to do the exact opposite....I'm going to let you live. Also I will put this on you and send you to the Canterlot prison for the criminally insane" he said holing up a magic inhibitor designed especially for Chrysalis
"No I won't let you take me alive" she said pulling out a dagger and swinging it towards her stomach
*ZAP*, "ow......wait what" she said not noticing that grey had turned the dagger into a syringe of a sedative. she was out instantaneously
The walk back to Canterlot took longer but was shorter for some reason, grey told us that by using his magic dusk created a magic inhibitor out of a few scraps of metal before he went home....Wherever that is? We got to Canterlot and dropped Chrysalis off there. Unknowingly Grey scared the shit out of the princesses guards when we walked into the city with Chrysalis in tow when got to the palace and went in to see the princesses of course we all had our armor on and Grey scared the hell out of them and they turned him to stone, then released him after we explained.
We got back to Ponyville that evening and just as myself and grey got into the door of our home we collapsed from exhaustion, I blacked out but grey stayed awake. I woke up in the hospital three days later with grey sleeping with his head on my bedside.
