Dragon Lord Ember, recently crowned, has taken her home of the Dragon Lands towards a new path: The path of friendship. And, who else to consult than a few ponies, known to be the purveyors and experts of friendship?—their whole society being founded and based on the tenets of friendship, after all.

Ember, however, also has a few issues and some matters in need of clarification. One of them being: How can she properly interact with ponies when they all look the same, have very similar names, and—in some cases—even have alike personalities?

She seeks her answers in the town of Ponyville.

Terramar blinked at me. "Mane-flips that kill ponies? Man, those Equestrians are weird."

Maybe so, but I can guarantee that there are a few characters in this story that are weirder than anything King Sombra has to offer.

This was written as an entry for the Season 10 Bingo Writing Contest, and therefore takes place in the time period that season 10 would have taken place in if Allspark had decided to make one.

The reign of Dragon Lord Torch has come to an end. With his daughter, Ember, having inherited the title, he resigns himself to die in the heart of a volcano.

That is until, five years later, he awakes to the sight of three mysterious ponies. They are the Cult of the Dragonflame, and they fully intend to restore Torch's rightful position of Dragon Lord. In doing so, they will help to raise an army of undead dragons, all for the purpose of waging a war of conquest and destruction across the whole of Equestria.

Can Equestria's newest Alicorn, Stellar Shine, ammount a force strong enough to resist the undead hordes? What will this mean for the future of dragon and pony relations? And what is the Cult of the Dragonflame's true goal?

Only time will tell, now that Equestria is on the cusp of the greatest war the kingdom has ever known.

Set 10 years after the beginning of season 8. Sequal story to Siege of the Crystal Empire. Reading that story first is recommended, but not necessary. Chapters released bi-monthly.

Shadowstar is just a normal pony. Or, he was, until one day, a selfless act through his magic transforms him into an Alicorn. He joins Princess Celestia and her student, Twilight Sparkle, who are trying to abate the recent quarrels between the Dragons and Griffons. When another species, the Changelings, come into the feud after impersonating Celestia, Equestria must join the war. Shadowstar knows there is another way, and keeps trying to find a way to put a stop to the war. Meanwhile, followers of each race have decided the same. But they actually have a plan.

Nickolas Smith, an USAF pilot, was escaping in a F-22 Raptor from the Russian Airbase. After being injured by a SAM missile, Nickolas dive into a cloud to take cover, but when he came out, the pilot found himself not in Russia anymore; but in a land filled with mythological creatures. Due to the lack of fuel, he landed in a volcanic area filled with dragons. Taken by Dragon Lord Ember, Nickolas can either choose to escape or to stay and protect these creatures from an incoming danger.

As a postdoctoral researcher of neural engineering in the University of Bamako, Kamal Bhikha is in the midst of a major technological breakthrough. There's more craziness involved than he signed up for, though; not only are his efforts attracting the attention of the Malian Armed Forces, but supernatural equine-like beings are showing up around campus.

Meanwhile, an Australian family is witnessing something else strange. In the forest, characters of their youngest daughter's favorite show---the Canadian-American television series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic---walk lightly among the conifers and shrubs.

In the Western world, millions of Christians are reporting sightings of biblical figures, events, and settings. In the Arab world, something similar is happening, except that it all comes from Islamic doctrine. In other countries, Hinduism, Buddhism, and folk religions are manifesting in the same way.

Whatever connections may exist between these wonders, it's up to Kamal to figure them out. There's a lot more at play than anyone could suspect, threatening the very integrity of civilization itself.

Once suddenly the citizens hear a strange noise from the streets and then a blue creature falls down from the clouds. It walks on two legs, has two wings and can breathe fire. It is a giant dragon, who can speak too. It turns out it is a she and her name is Ember. Ember is a dragon queen from an unknown world. Ember doesn't know the humans and Earth, so she just chills out in the city and starts playing with the bug sized people. She thinks they are very adorable and cute.

Six mares have been at the center of this dragon's heart for over ten years now, but when Spike announces he's leaving Equestria for new lands a full on mortal kombat style battle breaks out between these six mares. Depending on his friends, Discord and Big Mac have taken up the job of refereeing this battle while he gets his stuff together.
