Twilight Sparkle just loves the new dress Rarity gave her for her birthday. So much so, in fact, that she's got to get her groove-thing on. She has to... dance.

Naturally, this leads to horrifying consequences. Including, but not limited to: winding up in the dance-future, rescuing a dance-topian society from its evil dancerlord, and dancing with the power of friendship.

Ta-da! My first story!

(The following story contains elements of Rooster Teeth's series, RWBY. For those readers who do not know what RWBY is about, it can be simply summed up as a show about a group of friends that attend and live on campus at a school that trains monster hunters.)

One day, Team RWBY receives a strange mirror from the local Dust shop in Vale. Meanwhile, in Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle and the rest of the Mane 6 are studying both the box from the Tree Of Harmony and the Mirror from the Crystal Empire to see if there is a possible connection between the two.

After both RWBY and the Mane 6 realize they can see one another in the mirror, Nora dives right in, with the rest of the girls not far behind.

When Remnant's youngest Huntress' in training arrive in Ponyville they find that one small detail has changed.

They're now ponies.

However, what seems like a burden to the girls what actually be the key to saving Ponyville and Equestria from a alliance of Remnant's foes and Equestria's villains. Both the Mane 6 and RWBY will need to team up if they want to take down this league of evil.

To note: I realize I'm not the first person to think of doing a crossover between MLP and RWBY. However, I wanted a story that plays to both series strengths: RWBY's high intensity action and MLP's characterization. My hope is that this story is the combination of both without ruining either series charm.

One morning Twilight awakens to find her favorite Daring Do book has gone blank. So have the books on her desk. And that's just the start of her problems! What do you do when the very thing that you love most simply goes away?

AU. When Shining Armor and Cadence's love shockwave vanquishes the Changelings, before being sent away Queen Chrysalis fires a poisonous beam at Twilight's chest that leaves her in a comatose state she might never wake up from. As the doctors fail to find a cure, and everypony starts losing hope, Shining Armor is determined to help Twilight return to them, but on the inside he is conflicted by the cruelty he mustered at her the night before and his failure to ask for her forgiveness before being shot. Shining won't be able to live in once until Twilight says she forgives him, but how can that be when she can't probably even hear him?
Will Twilight wake up and go back to her old life, or will Shining Armor's tortured memory forever haunt him?

With no warning, the might of the Griffon kingdom descends upon Equestria. Twilight, in her desperation, teleports Spike as far away from the conflict as she can in the hope of saving his life. Completely lost for the first time in his life, Spike must learn how to survive in the world alone.

But, when he finds out about the fate of Equestria and what could possibly be happening to his friends, can Spike realize the true might that comes with being a dragon? And will it be enough to help him reclaim the only treasures he ever allowed himself to hoard: his friends?

Rainbow Dash finally has a chance to join the Wonderbolts. All she has to do is win a series of Timed Aerobatics competitions, which she knows she totally can. Much to her surprise, she does not, and she soon comes to realize it is because the other competitors are taking a drug known as "Morning Sun" which enables them to fly faster, focus more intently, and practice late into the night without getting tired. The drug, however, is banned due to its horrible side effects, and although it grants Rainbow victory, that victory comes at a price. When Twilight realizes what Rainbow is doing, can she save Rainbow Dash from herself?

In the past few weeks since Twilight has started dating, Spike has found himself spending more and more time alone in the castle. Normally he would be willing to put up with his own loneliness, in exchange for her happiness, but when the dark of the night comes around, he can't help but wonder if he really is alone.
