Twilight Sparkle, Alicorn Princess and Element of Harmony disappears while leading an expedition force in the Badlands. Now twelve years later she has been found however despite what those who came to rescue her think this will not be a simple retrieve mission.

30 years after the events of the New Adventures, a new group of friends have met on the Island, and life has settled down on Sodor once more. But one foggy night, an ancient evil reawakens, one that will stop at nothing until it is avenged...

After a long day in town, Fluttershy feels ill. While trying to recover, she has strange dreams and starts to recall meeting somepony on her way home that day. Hopefully, she'll recover soon, and be able to enjoy another blue, sunny day with her friends.

Expanded from an entry for the Quills and Sofas Speedwriting's "Colorful Characters: Fluttershy" contest where it took second place. The only requirement for the contest was to write a story centered on Fluttershy in an hour. However, I've had the idea for ages, and glad I finally wrote it.

Twilight and her friends are transported to earth in the far past where they try to survive the worst maritime disaster in American history, and its not the Titanic.

Princess Luna, growing evermore aware that Equestria has come under attack in recent days by a seemingly invisible foe, decides to petition Princess Twilight Sparkle to allow her to found an organisation in order to combat the threat.

And so begins the strange tale of the Nightmare Knights, Equestria's newest reformed team of villains, as they bring peace, justice, order and security to the world--one ghastly ghoul at a time.

You might be afraid of ghosts. But they ain't.

It's no secret that the Flower Sisters are three of the most timid ponies in Equestria. Roseluck, Daisy, and especially Lily Valley are prone to panicking and fainting at the drop of a hat. But while most ponies are familiar with their high-strung personalities, what almost nopony knows is the secret concealed beneath. The true reason for their jittery nature is dark and destructive, and comes from deep inside the underground mountain tunnel on Equestrian Route 15.
