I thought I would make this, because most people don’t know that this ship even exists, or what happened to it, I’m not going to say it’s name, you’ll see it in the story.
Could use a bit of editing and I do wish the chapters were a little longer but solid so far.

Oof. The SS Sultana steamboat. The 8th deadliest maritime disaster in history. Sadly overlooked at the time due to John Wilkes Booth (the man who killed Lincoln) being shot the previous day and the end of the civil war.
This is an interesting idea for a story. The SS Sultana is often overlooked, and I like how you incorporated the ponies to explore it. And very belated congrats on the Eagle Scout!

Interesting! The SS Sultana is a very interesting premise. I'm going to college to study history, so historical fics like this interest me a lot. Though admittedly, i jumped the gun because when I read "The worst maritime disaster..." My mind instantly went to the Wilhelm Gustloff. But then I saw American History and was relieved that the ponies didn't have to spend time with a bunch of Nazis. I am hopping you plan to continue writing this as this story has a lot of my attention.
