A group for stories that are dark, scary or depressing- in other words, grim dark.
The stories here can be blatant gore (cupcakes), gore relying on a thick plot (the secret life of Rarity/Rainbow factory), morbid tragedies and post apocalypses. Pretty much anything that has a 'dark' vibe around it.
Rules for uploading stories:
*Your story must have the atmosphere of a dark story. This means no soft sad-fics with a slice of life tag. Morbid comedy is allowed, however.
*Upload your story to the correct folder and/or sub folder.
Hi, I just joined bc I wanted to see if I could have some help finding a rather grim dark story I read years ago. Is this okay?
Hello everyone! I just joined your group and thought it would be polite to say hi. I hope you are having a wonderful day full of inspiration. Could some of you perhaps help me with a question? See, I used to be a bit of a loner when it comes to writing and only recently decided to find out what the groups on FIMFiction have to offer. So… what usually happens in a group like this? I understand you can add stories to folders that correspond with the kind of story you have made. Can I do that right now or must I ask for permission? Should I announce my stories as well? Do you have any tips and tricks on how to make the most out of this group? I hope you can help me out. Thanks in advance!
Lots of love,
Elkia
Oh goodie. A Grimdark group. Happy morbid day.
I shouldn't be here for my own goid, yet here I am. I like what is not good for me.
This group sounds awesome for a bat pony like me
367789 Ah, alright, thank you
367747 I'd say psychological/morbid from the little bit I read.
Under what categories would my fic fall under?
Night Shift
I got a very dark and morbid tragedy called Fluttershy Batwings it has infantacide, genocidal war, and death all over.
Well, here's a good place to put my nasty stuff.
Equus Mortis is my tale of a Ponyville mortician and coroner that fights Nightmare Moon.
Equus Mortis: Malevolence has Equus finding a ball of liquid rainbow in a dead Pegasus. Where will this odd discovery take him?
A Merciful Way Explores the idea of living in the past at the cost of everything else.
