Pipsqueak's won the class election. It's an amazing feeling, being in charge. Ponies listen to Pip more now. But why should he stop there? If other fillies and colts will listen to him, why can't the grown ups too? So Pip finds a way to get more ponies to listen to him. Aided by a group of friends, Pip sets off across town, much to the chagrin of Ponyville's residents.

Only the most cut throat of creatures land on the Shadow Mare, the ship that Captain Guld of the Diamond Dog pirates runs. However, there is one exception... The cabin boy. A lone boy from a town called Ponyville some how made his way onto the ship one night, and after being found the captain names this colt his personal cabin boy.

Or, at least that's what Pipsqueak imagined. Ever since his first Nightmare Night, he's been fascinated by pirates. But what happens when his imagination gets the better of him?

It's Nightmare Night once again, and once again things are gonna go wrong. It seems that the Headless Horse, long thought to be an old pony's tale, is real, and is ruining Ponyville's Nightmare Night celebration! So Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie, conveniently already dressed as Sherlock Pones and Dr Watson respectively, must work, with help from their friends, to solve the MMMystery of the Headless Horse. Can they do it before somepony looses their head to the phantom?

Pirate edict. The very phrase seems almost crazy. But, there's ten rules on how to be a good, top class pirate. Good thing Pipsqueak and Luna are here to lay each and every one of them down. They may even do a little shanty while they're at it!
