Applejack is a tough, honest, and hard-working pony. She has five friends she could ask for and the greatest family in all of Equestria.

However, one night change her forever.

After Apple Bloom doesn't return from a lesson with Zecora, Applejack goes to find her. Only to see Apple Bloom being attacked by Timberwolves! She quickly saves her sister, but not before being bitten.

Now, each night, ponies speak of a strange pony with wood-like legs and glowing green eyes. And Applejack has no idea what everypony is talking about! However, her friends are trying to solve the mystery of the Timber-pony, not knowing it's Applejack herself!

It is finally the day before Nightmare Night, and the ponies are going to make this the best Nightmare Night possible, despite the circumstances. But, their moments of peace are interrupted when they are summoned by the Unity Crystals on another mission.

In Salem, Massachusetts, on the spooky holiday of Halloween, the ponies meet Max Dennison, his sister Dani, Max's crush Allison and young griffin Hesperia, who accidentally light the Black Flame Candle and resurrect the evil Sanderson Sisters after 300 years of being... well, dead.

Now, with the help of an immortal cat, our heroes must prevent the witches from brewing a potion to steal the life force of the kids of Salem.

Will they succeed? Or will the Sanderson Sisters reign supreme?

After you read this tale, you all will be believing in a little bit of... hocus pocus.

Whether young, old, stalliongradian, or equestrian, the war did not spare anyone. And sometimes it happens that for soldiers, the question of whether they will be able to survive is not important. It is only important to complete the combat mission to make others live. Giving the most precious thing they have on the altar of victory, only one thing bothers them – will their descendants remember their feat?

After years of conflict both Equestria and the Apple family are torn apart. After the failed thestral reforms, the attempted assassination of Princess Luna in Manehattan, and the subsequent civil war Equestria was torn asunder as the nation broke apart into multiple states. Even after the defeat of Nightmare Moon Equestria found no peace as Changeling panzers rolled across the border and war engulfed virtually all of Equus. Now, even after a joint allied victory against Chrysalis tensions in the continent are mounting once again as Equestria seeks to reintegrate all her lost lands.

The fate of the vast Apple clan, that once spread across Equestria, mirrors that of the shattered nation. The family has been split across almost all of the new states, being turned against each other by allegiances, ideologies, and fate. Now that the chain of events that began on that fateful Manehattan morning of 1008 is coming to its final bloody act, the Apple family must decide between family or country or be torn apart forever.

Belial was taken in as her assistant after the Princess learned of Belial's love of the night. She helped princess Luna with trying to take over the night, but was thwarted and thrown into jail for years. She was eventually given a second chance to learn to love people.

This story is being moved from my AO3 account of the same name. I'm more than willing to provide proof if necessary.

Misty has finally left Opaline and her lair behind, but moving out is only the first step of shedding the thoughts and doubts that still haunt her.
Luckily, her new friends are willing to help her adjust and teach her about life in Maretime Bay.
