It's a hard balance between full illustration the story and pictures I have in my head, and updating on time. Frequently I don't have the time, patience, or words to fully express my ideas and it's quite difficult to portray what I want without cluttering the story or without cutting things I really want to keep in.

So, when she turned her back for a second then looked back again to see water leaking out arond it.
Later on, a friend of a friend took it apart and declared my poor laptop fried on arrival...

So, on this day in 2016, I was feeling kinda sorry for myself. I had just turned 50, and I was thinking of how few years I had left and how many things I had left undone. I began thinking of a promise I had made to myself back in my 20's. Of how I would be an author in my 50's and write stories that folks would enjoy. It started to make me even sadder, but then I realized I've been telling stories all my life.
Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder is a disorder of the circadian rhythm where individuals face long term disturbances in sleep patterns due to changes in their natural clock. Usually, this consists of an individual’s sleeping time shifted forward by two hours or more. An example is someone who goes to bed at 3 and wakes up at 11 AM. This sleep schedule is incompatible with the regular 9-5 routine most workplaces have and isn’t generally socially acceptable.
I am safe. I am hours and hours from any fires, wanted to let you know, because some discord folks were worried about me. I'm fine, and no near enough any fires to be concerned. However, a friend of mine has likely lost her home, one of my favorite wineries has burned to the ground, and many more wineries where my family are friends with/know the owners and staff are either in danger or currently burning. There is currently one confirmed death. It is 0% contained.
Several tiles of our house just came off in the wind! Serious damage has been dealt to our extension roof and a glass window has been smashed to hell. Photo below taken from my bedroom window.
One of the slab tiles nearly killed my mom and her puppy chihuahua! Went downstairs and found her shaking to hell, the poor soul. Look at that gaping hole in the plastic roof! Those tiles are not light, people - let that give you an idea how strong the winds are lately around my place!

This is not a retirement announcement. I have no plans and no desire to stop writing ponyfics. Getting that out of the way first, before anyone starts panicking. So, "Dreamwalker Dash" will definitely get continued once the last of the current chapters is fully revised.
This is about something else. I need to do some in-depth thinking how I can go on.
Irma kinda threw me off, but I'm back at wording along. For those of you waiting on the ongoing fics to update, sorry. I am working on getting those out ASAP. I've also got a few other projects in the works(but really, when do I NOT have like a dozen other side projects going at once? Fics4days), so keep an eye out for those. Hopefully I'll have a couple of things ready to post very soon.
