"How to Lose Weight in 4 Easy Steps" isn't pony, but man if I don't think it, at under 1900 words, is worth your time. I don't actually know if it's fiction or not, and I don't think it matters, because was easily the best thing I've read so far this weekend.
Not had many responses to my survey yet, but so far it seems people are itching for SunsetJack.
Unless there's a sudden influx of responses requesting it to be a clop story, it's likely to be a T-rated romance.
I've tended to ignore or minimize Spike's possible ships with anyone other than Rarity because Spike is very obviously very much in love with Rarity, and Rarity seems to at least partially return the sentiment. She doesn't act like somepony who is annoyed by Spike's attentions: she clearly enjoys his company and is both emotionally and physically-affectionate to him on-camera. She sticks up for him socially. At a minimum, she sees him as one of her best friends.
I'm working on something.
It just kinda... came up out of blue in my head. And I'm running with it.
I'm putting pretty much everything else on hold until I finish it.
It will be done in March sometime, I am sure of that.
It is... not my usual fare.
I'm having a lot of fun writing it.
It might be a huge flop.

Most of this was written as a response to a comment by Bad Horse asking me why I dislike FlutterDash. At his recommendation I decided it deserved a blog post in it's own right, so I expanded it some. This is just how I ship, how I like to read romance. Other opinions are just as valid.

As you might have noticed if you're one of those who waits on the morning of, today's post is a little late. My apologies. I wasn't quite as quick to arise this morning because I was catching up on sleep. And I was doing that because the injury I gave myself on Saturday didn't let me sleep that well that same night. Turns out, cracked ribs can be quite the pain. Who knew, aside from those with cracked ribs.

I'm in need of assistance.......I need help writing a fanfic where my oc Prince Lightning Amethyst Strike or either Light, Lightning, or Lightning Strike for short is the only naturally born crystal unicorn prince who is absolutly in love with Rainbow Dash but there are 2 key issues 1: He's not sure if Rainbow Dash feels the same about him and 2: He has no idea how to tell Rainbow Dash how he feels about her
I finally wrote something related to Tender TapsxApple Bloom (I really wish this site had a tag for Tender Taps)! It was mostly for fun and I didn't think it would get much attention, but so far it's been featured for over twelve hours! Thank you guys for your continuing support!

(Hie) Human in Equestra, regarding the wish fulfillment cliche.
I'll be frank, I don't care about wish fulfillment as long as the grammar is fairly good. I know it's a cheesy story with tender romance between human and a MLP FIM pony that with lots of overly tender intimacy. But it warms my heart, despite being fiction.
I don't usually do fanfic trailers, but I'm just so excited for this one and feel it deserves more attention.
