You could also have the bracelet magically bond with the collar to affect Rainbow Dash from far away.
Walking RD like a dog, eating out of a pet bowl, can't use furniture without permission, forbidding herself as person (only referring to herself as Scootaloos' property in some way, or even speak without permission.
