Not had many responses to my survey yet, but so far it seems people are itching for SunsetJack.
Unless there's a sudden influx of responses requesting it to be a clop story, it's likely to be a T-rated romance.
Here's the tease for the story: After the events of Equestria Girls, Sunset Shimmer and Applejack had been seeming to be becoming so close. So now, why do they seem to hardly ever talk to each other? It's making things kind of awkward for their friends.

Um....not sure how that might work. After all the series doesn't show much of a relationship with these two. so it's hard to imagine. how about doing one where Sunset cheats with all five friends. Now that would have a nice plot and she'll have a motive behind it.

It's going to be set directly after Equestria Girls, but may be slightly inconsistent with Rainbow Rocks.
That would be a good way to get lots of sex in, but it's not the story I want to tell. Really for the story I want to tell, any sex would probably feel shoehorned in, which is why I'm strongly leaning towards T-rated. If it goes M'rated, it's likely to be more for frank descriptions of their feelings than it would be for sex scenes.
3262116 So a Romance story? Better to have a plausible relationship to have something to branch out from. Connecting with the audience is key. I specialize in romance.
3262127 I don't wanna spoil it but it's not a typical romance. Probably the "Sad" tag would suit it more than "Romance", but it'll have both. It's kind of related to Sad Pony Story, or at least uses elements of it.

There just needs to be more EQG clop that is actually quality stuff.
Of course, that applies to EQG in general...
I won't be upset over a T-rating though. I really just want some good EQG romance.

I do have at least three humanized clop stories coming up. Two of them are set in the Equestria Girls universe; one is a generic humanized story, but set in a world that in some ways more closely matches Equestria (i.e. the princesses are still princesses, not school principals).
They are:
Grace Under Pressure — Grace x Cadance, plus another surprise character.
(as yet untitled) — Adagio Dazzle x Rule 63 Tirek.
Bite Me! — Flutterbat x Indigo Wreath, but told in first person from his perspective, so you could consider it to be generic first-person clop.
