Just thought I'd get some things off my chest here.

Sweet Banana is being kicked out of her home by her parents in the middle of winter for being trans, and she needs to find a place to live and transportation etc. very soon. Every little bit helps, and if you can't donate, signal boosting might help as well.
Okay, we’re going to try this again. I ate a big bowl of oats, I got the DWB doohickey set up, and I’m ready to stream! I may have set the goal a bit high, but every bit helps the international COVID-19 response.
So let’s pick up where we left off with the worst Final Fantasy ever!
Do you like Dungeons and Dragons?
Happen to have some extra money?
Want to help some artist that are struggling (more than usual) due to Covid?
Maybe you are an artist with time and energy, but could use a prompt?
Well, here's a way you might be able to help:
Or maybe you would like to help less directly, or have something to show for helping out.
One of those iconic starving college students (who also appears to be quite a nice person) could use a little help making rent.
Since I teach those, I can sympathize with their plight. Plus, anypony who is doing college full-time and also teaching kids about STEM part-time deserves a little boost.
I'm thrilled to announce that, with a whopping 41 submissions to the contest, we've raised a f*ckload of money for charity. How much is a f*ckload? Go ask your bio teacher man, this is a SFW blog.
But for real, how much money did we raise? A grand total of $820 was donated!!! That's hella money. Hella.
She's so proud of all of you!
This one's a bit closer to home.
B_25 traveled from Canada to the States to spend time with Shakespearicles, whose wife is recovering from cancer surgery. On his way, he was hit by a truck and his car won't start. He is currently stranded in a hotel and could use some help getting out of this jam.
So... yesterday I learned one of my favorite artists on DeviantArt had suffered something pretty bad.
Viwrastupr, a very fantastic artist and an all around nice individual who didn't deserve this.
I'm participating in the CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) fundraising run & walk on Sunday, Sept 30.
I've set a modest goal of $100 to raise since it's my first run in a while and already rather close to the event.
Here's my personal page: https://chop.donordrive.com/participant/Charles-deCharleroy
Or go to http://parkway.chop.edu then click the 'Donate' button in the upper right.
So, as y'all probably know, my friends Shinzakura and BlueBastard have been streaming for charity over the last couple of weeks, and now it's my turn! Tomorrow at 3PM EST (as well as Thursday and Saturday), tune in to my stream HERE and donate to Doctors Without Borders' COVID-19 fund HERE. You may even get neat prizes for donating!

Skeeter the Lurker is in need of assistance. He's a good fellow who has contributed a lot to this community.
Heyo! This week end we (The Barcast) are doing a Donation Drive / Charity Stream for... well... me.
My friends, my fellow Barcasters, are absolute mad lads! They're putting together a charity / donations stream to help me with my finances. We'll be streaming on Twitch, so come check it out! We're having a game night doing Jackbox Games and shenanigans!
Cloudhammer and Noble Cause have lost a pet, an apartment, and most of their belongings.
I don't know either of them very well, but I know they could use help if possible. Here's Jake's post that points to their GoFundMe.
Greetings, oh faithful readers mine. It's been a while since I last addressed everyone this way—which was never, for some of you—so I thought it would be a good idea to bring you up-to-speed regarding a number of my unfinished stories. A State of the Mesa, if you will. So with no further ado, let's get right into it, shall we?
A dear friend of mine, our own Cynewulf, mistress of the morose and the philosophical, apologist of the astounding and whimsical, has gotten a kick in the gut courtesy of fate and capitalism. Monochromatic has the details here, and is doing a fund raiser right now, playing Mariokart in increasingly masochistic ways for money for Ms. Wulf, or you can
If you're like me, you've been intensely frustrated by the feeling of helplessness in the wake of the Afghani Tragedy. For my part, I find it hard to concentrate or to write, even though I intellectually know that using my creative outlets often helps deal with emotional pain.
