When confronted by Sunset, Wallflower Blush realizes that absolutely nothing she does matters. Rather than lash out at Sunset's friends, she gives in to her despair and uses the memory stone to erase her own mind, attempting to end herself entirely.

Now that Best Left Forgotten is finally out there, I think I owe y'all an explanation.
For those of you who have read through the first two chapters, you'll know what I mean when I say this story is dark, and dark in a different way than Last Light was. As for those of you who have yet to read, be warned that there will be significant spoilers below the break.
Recently, another great member of our community has fallen into dire financial straits Scampy, who is a sweet person who writes many Wallflower stories, has fallen on very hard times recently. Sometimes we all must deal with great hardship, and right now, Scampy is in need.
Unable to handle her anxiety without the memory stone, Wallflower Blush tries to end her life. The attempt leaves her too injured to recover, and with just hours left to live, she expects to die all alone—until Sunset Shimmer appears, asking, “Why?”
You like sad stories? Cool.

We've had a ton of entries over the past few days and good h*cking gosh lemme tell you, judging the best is gonna be hard cuz these are all so good like for real you should all go read them you have no idea.

As of last night when submissions closed, we received 41 ENTRIES, plus a myriad of other stories inspired by the contest that weren't submitted themselves. When it comes to spreading the eternal truth that is SunFlower to the masses, we can consider this contest a rousing success.
