Never actually posted a blog before... · 12:09pm Jun 22nd, 2015

I've been working more on my fanfic Craving Adventure and put it up in some groups. I really hope it gets some likes, comments and feedback. Its been up for a little while and hasn't gotten any views or likes. And within minutes of posting to some groups someone liked and commented on it, it made me beam with delight! I hop it picks up more soon, I have a detailed plan for it and it has some pretty feelsy plot twists in it. But I won't give any of the story away you'll have to read it.

CDR (Competency Demonstration Report) is one of the mandatory documents used for getting Australian immigration approval. A CDR is a gateway through which engineering aspirants migrate overseas for permanent residency. Engineering aspirants who want to get migration approval for doing an engineering job in foreign companies need to write a CDR application for Engineers Australia (EA). A CDR decides a candidate's immigration to Australia. EA, the Australian assessing authority assesses the

New avvie to go with it. Proper ferret skelly even, no weasels here.

Upside down to reflect the fact I'm currently in Australia and thus upside down.

It's amazing, though the 14 hour plane ride was really quite tedious, even though we got to fly in the one of the new 787s. The old fart coughing in front of me gave me his cold though. Fighting it with immune system boosters.

Australia needs help · 12:23am Jan 5th, 2020

As we speak, South East Australia is currently suffering from some of the biggest wildfires in modern history, thanks to a combination of strong wind and extreme temperatures reaching 40C. An area around twice the size of Belgium has burned. Hundreds have lost their homes, firefighters are collapsing and nearly 500 million animals are dead.

Birds discover fire · 10:21pm Mar 8th, 2018

This post has nothing to do with ponies, unless the birds in question are phoenixes. I just thought it was cool. (Also, further evidence that everything in Australia is dangerous.)

Raptors, including the whistling kite, are intentionally spreading grass fires in northern Australia, a research paper argues.

Ponyville is Equestrian Australia · 2:04am Nov 28th, 2017

I have just read approximately all of the "Humans are Space Orcs"/"Earth is Space Australia" stuff. All of it. There was a lot of it.

Naturally, my brain was like, "how can I connect this to MLP?"

What I came up with:

Ponyville regularly gets attacked by monsters and villains. It's situated on the edge of a forest so dangerous nopony except the most powerful or foolhardy individuals goes in.

My Little Ibis? · 6:23pm Aug 3rd, 2018

I heard about this a couple of days ago, and fell about laughing. But after a little research...

Screen Australia has funded the development of an animated series about ibises in Sydney's tourist heart at Darling Harbour.

Called Bin Chickens, it follows three birds interacting with the daily parade of "imbecile humans and their ludicrous civilisation", including their laws, social mores and "horrific taste in architecture".

Australia does exactly what you expect. · 10:49am Apr 20th, 2020

When it comes to memes about Australia, there are two broad categories of the way we respond. We either gently correct the misconception, or we steer into it at full throttle.

25 years of quietly telling the internet that kangaroos do not bound down the streets of our major cities. COVID-19 hits and this happens in Adelaide.
