In which I speak a bit about "Blue Eyes and Dark Alleys", chapter 4 of Altered Visage.
Given the nature of this blog post, there are going to be spoilers about chapter 4.

Alright, Happy 4th of July, anyone who lives and/or respects The United States of America! As a special, I have a story trilogy in mind, one that I kinda want to do, but I'm not sure if it's going to work, since I'm not all that especially talented when it comes to writing intense action or character drama (just see that a good 90% of my work is under Comedy). The Trilogy is as simple as this:

So I’ve been having some pretty bad back pain for the past few days. Showering under hot water helped it some, but it came back with a vengeance. But then I came up with the craziest idea:
I would write about a character experiencing back pain and have it alleviated over the course of the story.
Being me, of course, I made it a sequel to the story where Flurry Heart hits on her father.

Things have been crazy these last few weeks so I just went with some short stuff. Even still, I've got a love of flash games. Many are simple, little setup needed and drop you into the game and just let you play.
I still love more complex games, but I can appreciate simplicity in a design. I think I'll also pick up a game or two from Gamejolt from time to time. The Manos game was gold and I may be able to find other little treasures like that.
Twilight: "Shining... You know... One day, you will... I mean, Cadence is... Is immortal. And you're-"

Ok, so it may not be released yet. But myself and Moonlit Sparkle are working on a new short story here that should also (if all things are well received) spawn into a second, longer story. Title is still a work in progress, as we've only just started working on this the other day. But hey, I mean, if you love comedic, feel-good stories for sibling bonding then this is gonna be for you! Guys... Can we like do a thing right now? Can we acknowledge the fact that Twilight Velvet was also Shining Armor’s mother and not just Twilight Sparkle’s? Like yeah, okay, Twilight is the heroine of the series, I get it. There are plenty of fanfics and fan art to prove that. Okay, understandable, nothing wrong about that. But she also raised Shining Armor. Like, we acknowledge Twilight Velvet as Twilight Sparkle’s mom, we acknowledge Shining Armor as Twi’s BBBFF, but do we acknowledge Velvet
