Inspiration Waits for No Pony (NEW SEASON SPOILERS!) · 6:11pm Feb 1st, 2016
Don't we all wish Hasbro and the team of My Little Pony would wait until our lives gave us enough of a break to land new season news on us? I mean, how DARE they send out their press releases, .gifs and PICTURES of the new royal baby THE DAY BEFORE I LEAVE TOWN!
This is very inconvenient for me time-wise as I am in the throes of a rather busy schedule of meditation, classes and initiations and had planned to work on real life crud during those precious moments of downtime. Instead, without warning, this new baby filly has been prancing around in my head in the guise of a young adult, teasing and taunting my evil, lonely King with her innocence, beauty and unique perspective on his very existence in her world.
And this perspective may have taken longer to happen if fandom had not caught my attention, exploding over the new little filly's FREAKISHLY large wings AND the fact she is a frigging Alicorn! I think I have it to thank (or curse) that as of this morning, I have at least four new story ideas involving Princess Flurry Heart and our glorious one, King Sombra, which I NEED TO WRITE DOWN RIGHT NOW.
Not that I'm bitching, mind you. Well, maybe a little. I was buried under real-life annoyances last week to the point that I wasn't able to finish up the next story offering lauding Sombra's wonderful, evil presence and I might have been able to do that if Princess Freakishly Large Wings had not pranced into our lives and MADE me sit down every second I had a breath, fine-tuning the details of their oddish relationship in my world.
Sigh Yes, my King. I will get back to wrapping up your current tale as soon as I flesh out your plans on corrupting this innocent, young filly once she reaches adulthood. Oh, got your attention there, did I? Well, do you want to hear the clop or the non-clop version...
